Terms of Service
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel the cleaning up to 3 business days before the scheduled appointment free of charge. For cancellations made later, we charge 50% of the agreed fee.
Customer Responsibilities
We agree with the customer on the schedule and tasks for cleaning and moving services. The work will be performed using the company's/customer's cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Electricity
- Running water
- Proper lighting
For clearance/renovation cleaning, the customer must notify us in advance if any of these are unavailable.
Keys and Alarm Systems
Access Responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring our team can enter the service location.
Key Handover (if applicable)
If keys are provided to our company:
A written key transfer agreement will be prepared in duplicate (one copy for each party).
Alarm Systems
If the property has an alarm system, the customer must:
Share the access code
Provide instructions for deactivating/reactivating the alarm during service.
Working Hours and Billing
We provide customers with a time estimate upon booking. If the work exceeds this estimate, we will notify the customer in advance.
Key Terms:
Minimum working time: 2 hours
Small spaces: For unusually quick jobs, we can provide a custom quote.
Pricing: Agreed upon before confirming the order.
Payment method: Invoice after service (post-payment).
Satisfaction Guarantee
If the work does not meet the agreed standards, we will reperform any unsatisfactory tasks at no extra cost.
Customer Responsibilities:
Report defects within 24 hours of service completion.
Do not attempt corrections yourself before giving us a reasonable opportunity to:
Inspect the work quality.
Address any deficiencies.
